Our Sage With Flowers combination is to die for. Use for aromatherapy and general scent enjoyment. They smell and looks are amazing. These are a beautiful home addition! White Sage is a purifying herb that cleanses the aura and home. It pushes out all negative energies while promoting positivity and optimism. We also decided to make these bundles of sage with beautiful and smelling flowers. 

We offer 4 different types of flowers that grow in India and Nepal.

Here are a few tips on burning Sage: 

1. Set your intention: Before you start, it's a good practice to set your intention for the smudging ceremony. What do you hope to achieve or cleanse with the sage smoke? Focus on positive and clear intentions.

2. Prepare your space: Ensure that you are in a quiet and calm environment where you won't be disturbed. Open a window or door slightly to allow negative energy to exit as you smudge.

3. Light the sage bundle: Hold the sage bundle by the stem or string end, and light the other end using a lighter or matches. Allow it to burn for a few seconds until it catches fire, then gently blow out the flame so that the sage smolders and produces smoke.

4. Fan the smoke: Use a feather or your hand to fan the sage bundle gently to spread the smoke throughout the space. Start at the entrance and move clockwise around the room, moving the sage bundle up and down to ensure the smoke reaches all areas.

5. Focus on specific areas: Pay special attention to corners, doorways, and any areas where negative energy might be trapped. You can also smudge yourself by wafting the smoke over your body, starting from your feet and moving up to your head. Visualize the smoke cleansing and purifying as you do this.

6. Extinguish the sage: Once you've smudged the entire space or yourself, gently tap the sage bundle against the heatproof container to extinguish the smoldering end. Ensure that there are no glowing embers before leaving it in the container.

7. Close the ceremony: Express gratitude for the cleansing process and the positive energy you've invited into your space. Some people like to say a prayer or affirmation at this point.

8. Dispose of the ashes: After the sage bundle has cooled down completely, you can dispose of the ashes in a respectful and environmentally friendly manner, such as burying them in the earth.
